If you like some peace and solitude, you could consider living in Castlecliff area nearest to the Kaiwi Beach or Westmere. Westmere is popular for it's wide hectares of vacant land. It's perfect for lifestyle home owners who are interested in eventually owning a farm.

If you love the beach, it's a good choice to live in Castlecliff area. Castlecliff is a quick 5 minute drive to the city.
